Professional Scrum Master (RealWorld Aspects)
This course familiarizes the participants with various aspects of project execution using Scrum methodology like Scrum Roles, Artifacts and Events. These aspects will be explained with hands-on project simulation of a real-world project using CA Agile (formerly Rally). The participant will also get an exposure to various other tools available to manage projects using Scrum methodology.
This course will provide the foundation for the participant to get certified as PROFESSIONAL SCRUM MASTER LEVEL I (PSM I). The assessments are conducted by Scrum.org and the certification is maintained by them. At the end of the course, the participant will be provided with the password to appear for the online test for this certification.
