Course Overview

This course is designed to familiarize the features of Microsoft Project Professional 2016 so that it can be used to plan and effectively manage your projects. This is a two day online hands-on instructor led training.

In day one, this course will cover preparation of a project plan using Microsoft® Project 2016 so that it can be shared with others for review.

In day two, it will cover the advanced skills a project manager needs to update, monitor and control various phases of a project, so that the project can be completed on time, within budget, and according to scope.

Course Objectives

In this course, you will learn to use Microsoft Project Professional 2016 to:

Who Should Attend

This course is designed for a person who is responsible for managing projects. The course will give an understanding of Microsoft Project 2016 necessary to create and save project plans, update a project plan in Project 2016 during the execution, monitoring, and controlling phases of a project.

Prerequisites

The participant should have exposure to basic project management concepts, and working knowledge of Microsoft® Windows 8 or 10.
